“I have taught Chemistry for more than eleven years, in Kota and in Delhi. In a crowded classroom, the students who need help the most are often the quietest — and they go unnoticed.
All The Classes began with one decision: no more than eight students in a room, around one table, with a teacher who knows each of them. Small enough to ask, to argue, to make mistakes and fix them.
Our line, पढ़ो ऐसे कि पढ़ा सको — learn it so well that you could teach it — is the standard we hold ourselves to. Marks follow understanding, not the other way round.”
