Our Mission
ALL THE CLASSES is building an education institution — not merely a coaching centre — working to improve the learning experience through small-group interaction, concept-based teaching, structured practice, assessment, feedback and coordination between students, parents and teachers.
Good education is not only about a good teacher or good study material. Effective learning requires teaching, interaction, practice, feedback, monitoring and student support to work together.
Students participate actively instead of only listening.
Teachers check understanding, not just syllabus completion.
Parents receive clearer information about academic progress where monitoring tools and processes are available.
Learning gaps are identified and addressed through practice and feedback.
Students get opportunities to develop conceptual clarity, confidence, reasoning and independent learning habits.
Education remains focused on learning and growth, not marks alone.
These are common challenges in some learning settings — not a claim that every school or coaching centre fails.
Challenge: In a large class, it can be difficult to give every learner enough time for questions, feedback and individual support.
Our approach: Micro-8: maximum 8 students per batch, U-shaped round-table seating and interactive teaching. This creates more opportunities for teacher-student interaction.
Challenge: Students may remember notes or formulas but struggle to explain concepts or apply them to unfamiliar questions.
Our approach: Concept-based and discussion-based teaching, reasoning, worked examples and asking students to explain ideas in their own words.
Challenge: Some learners hesitate to ask questions or share incorrect answers, so their difficulties remain hidden.
Our approach: A supportive, fear-aware classroom where questions, mistakes and feedback are treated as natural parts of learning.
Challenge: Excessive focus on scores can encourage comparison or rote learning and can distract from understanding.
Our approach: Structured preparation combining concepts, practice, tests, feedback and improvement, while not defining a student's worth by marks.
Challenge: Parents may know attendance or marks but not always what the student understands or what needs to improve.
Our approach: Clear communication and, where available, study plans, attendance, test results, feedback and progress reviews.
Challenge: Teachers may have limited time for planning, assessment, doubts and parent communication.
Our approach: Structured teaching resources, lesson planning, assessments and repeatable academic processes to support effective teaching.
Challenge: Lectures alone are not enough; revision, application, testing and revisiting weak topics matter too.
Our approach: A recurring Plan → Learn → Practice → Test → Review → Improve cycle, adjusted to the course and learner.
Challenge: Students need opportunities to explain reasoning, ask questions, listen and solve problems independently.
Our approach: Holistic learning through discussion, explanation, questioning, scientific temperament and responsibility for learning.
| Aspect | Traditional large-batch approach | ALL THE CLASSES intended model |
|---|---|---|
| Batch structure | Varies by institution. | Micro-8: maximum 8 students per batch. |
| Interaction | Depends on class and teacher. | Interaction is a deliberate part of teaching. |
| Participation | May vary from student to student. | Encourage questions, discussion and explanation. |
| Resources | Depends on the institution. | Course-aligned resources and structured practice. |
| Assessment | Depends on the assessment design. | Emphasise feedback and improvement alongside tests. |
| Parent communication | Depends on the institution's process. | Clearer communication using available academic information. |
| Technology | Varies widely. | Digital and LMS support where available. |
| Learning objective | Depends on course goals. | Exam preparation plus conceptual understanding and learning habits. |
Our distinction is not one feature alone. A small batch is valuable when it is combined with good teaching, structured practice, assessment, feedback and consistent academic follow-up.
