A teacher development initiative by ALL THE CLASSES

ATC Teacher Academy

Better teachers. Better learning. Better opportunities.

Structured training, practical classroom experience, competency-based assessment and access to relevant career opportunities — for teachers who want to teach for real understanding.

Pilot batch at our Mayur Vihar Phase-1 centre. Dates, duration and fee will be shared with applicants once confirmed.

Why this academy

Subject knowledge is not enough.

Great teaching also needs lesson planning, clear explanation, questioning, student engagement, assessment, feedback, classroom management and professional conduct. ATC Teacher Academy connects training with these practical skills — and with career growth.

“We don’t just train teachers to deliver lessons. We develop educators who help students understand, think, question and grow.”

What the academy does

Train. Teach. Grow.

01

Train

Teacher development

Practical training in subject teaching, classroom interaction, lesson planning and student assessment.

02

Assess

Competency evaluation

We check that a teacher can teach well in real classroom situations — not just that they attended training.

03

Grow

Career development

Feedback, mentoring, advanced training and professional development to keep improving.

04

Connect

Employment opportunities

Qualified teachers are considered for ATC vacancies and introduced to participating education partners.

Teach for understanding

Check what students understand and help them apply it — not just deliver content.

Every learner deserves attention

Recognise different levels of understanding and support each one.

Participation before passive learning

Questions, discussion, student explanations and active practice in every class.

Practice, feedback, improvement

Teachers grow through teaching practice, observation and feedback — not certificates alone.

Respect teachers as professionals

Clear expectations, fair assessment, mentoring and real career growth.

What matters more than duration is which competencies a teacher actually demonstrates.

Assessment & certification

Completing training is not the same as being competent.

Level 1

ATC Teacher Academy — Foundation

For completing the training modules and assignments. A completion certificate — not by itself a guarantee of classroom competency or employment.

Level 2

ATC Teaching Competency — Assessed

For teachers who meet the required standard on the subject assessment, demo lesson, classroom practice and competency rubric.

Level 3

ATC Advanced Educator

For experienced teachers: advanced pedagogy, mentoring and assessment design. Planned after the pilot.

Teaching competency rubric (proposed weights)

Subject knowledge and accuracy25%
Concept explanation and lesson design20%
Student engagement and questioning20%
Assessment and feedback15%
Classroom management and inclusion10%
Professional conduct and communication10%

Core competencies also have minimum thresholds — a high total alone doesn’t make a teacher competent.

Please note: these are ATC’s own internal programme levels. They are not government-recognised qualifications, teaching licences or national accreditations. School teaching roles that need statutory qualifications (such as B.Ed or TET) require those separately.

Career & employment pathways

From training to opportunities.

We aim to connect assessed educators with relevant teaching opportunities — subject to vacancies, eligibility and the employer’s selection.

Pathway A

Teaching at ALL THE CLASSES

When ATC has a vacancy in its classrooms, home tuition or online programmes, qualified teachers are considered first.

Vacancy → Subject match → Demo class → Selection → Offer

Pathway B

Participating education partners

Schools, coaching institutes and education companies share their requirements; ATC refers relevant assessed teachers, with their consent.

Requirements → Matching → Employer interview → Employer selection

Pathway C

Tuition & online teaching

Home tuition, online classes, doubt-solving and content-development assignments, where available.

Profile → Subject & location match → Availability → Confirmation

No placement fees. No guaranteed jobs or salaries — just a fair, transparent process.

For schools & employers

Build a stronger teaching team.

  • Share subject-wise teaching requirements
  • Set qualification and experience criteria
  • Review suitable teacher profiles (with consent)
  • Conduct your own interviews and demo lessons
  • Recruit candidates directly
  • Explore custom teacher-development programmes

Who can apply

Apply for teacher training.

  • Aspiring teachers starting their career
  • Subject teachers who want stronger classroom skills
  • Experienced educators seeking professional development
  • Teachers interested in interactive, small-group teaching

FAQs

Questions teachers ask us

Is the programme open now?+

We are starting with a small pilot batch at our Mayur Vihar centre. Apply below and our team will tell you the dates, duration and fee once the batch is confirmed.

Will I get a job after the training?+

We do not guarantee jobs. Assessed teachers are considered for ATC vacancies and introduced to participating partners — the outcome depends on eligibility, available vacancies and the employer’s own selection.

Is the certificate government-recognised?+

No. ATC certificates are ATC’s own programme levels. Some school teaching roles need statutory qualifications such as B.Ed or TET, which you must meet separately.

Who sees my application?+

Only the ATC academy team. We share your profile with an employer only if you have separately agreed to it, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Is there any fee for job placement?+

No. If the training itself has a fee, it will be stated clearly — with duration, content and refund policy — before you join. There is no separate or hidden fee for job opportunities.

Training completion does not guarantee certification at every competency level or employment. Outcomes depend on assessment, eligibility, vacancies and employer selection.
